Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, the world could not go on without you! I am especially grateful for the mother of our children, @jillmckenzieatl I love you!

I love lilacs. Growing up my mother and grandmother loved them so they remind me of them. Yesterday a dear client and friend brought some to me! Thank you @mrscheib they are beautiful!

Gallery walls YES! I get asked often if gallery walls are in or out. I do not think it is about a trend. If you are a collector and you like living with your collection, there is a way to artfully display it. Each of these pieces was created by an artist friend, and I think of them every time I look at this wall. Custom products make a home represent the homeowner. These drapes were nearly a 3 year project beginning with commissioning @adamtrest to create a custom toile that represents the childhood home of our client @suthingirl, Savannah. Custom printed then finished with a beautiful leading edge by @jimthompsonfabrics the original drawings for the toile are framed in hand waterguilded gold frames. It all tells a story of the life of the client and the beauty with which they deserve to live! Can’t wait to reveal this entire project one day.
